Happy New Year 2010 or as we say in Thai, Sawas Dee bhi Mai! Time goes by so quick. I was thinkin' about what I did last year and what was goin' on in my life, I've had a lot of good times and bad times and laughter. I finished my classes, stared working full-time and other met other goals. Life goes by so fast when you do something you enjoy but when something bad happens with you the time goes so slowly. This New Year’s Eve was the first time I hung out with my brother and we celebrated at Tha Pae Gate it was really fun, there were a lot of the fireworks and lanterns lighting up the night sky and I got very drunk later…
01 Jan 10 we drove our motorbike up to Mae On, we decided to climb at the Crazy Horse Buttress! This year wanted to do something challenging for myself and not just get drunk, doing the same as every year, so we got there about 4 O'Clock and ran up to the crag to climb couper route at the ant hill. It's very so quiet for city people like us because there is nothing to do we just drank a Chang beer each and went to bed so early because each day we would wake up early to climb. On Jan 2nd we woke up so early we ran down to local market buy some food and stuff, and then hiked up to the Gate Keeper. Add was very excited because he really wanted to work on this project. We were at gate keeper for the whole day. We were working really hard on this project and it was amazing. I have never seen my brother climb as hard as he did and he met all of his goals but it was not a good day for me. I kept trying to finish my project but it did not happen for me that day. Eventually it became a mental game for me, I kept questioning myself and why I could not finish the project. I kept trying, but in the end, it was not a good day for me. I eventually had to call it a day and try it again tomorrow. But the project was stuck in my mind and continued to haunt me all night long. So after climbing we just went to get food at the market near by the hot spring it was so nice being outside of the town because you don't think to much about everything that’s going on in your life. You just feel very relaxed and don’t have to worry about anything else. 03 Jan we woke up even earlier because we wanted to have a photo shoot and I wanted to finish my project. I felt a bit nervous that morning as we were hiking up to gate keeper again. I did a quick warm up route, and got my heart and body pumping hard in preparation for my big challenge. Finally I did. I was so happy after that, it felt amazing to finally finish it! After that we went down to the main crag do a bit more climbing but we were there just half day and then headed back to town.

What kind of year are you going to create? I always ask my students this question when I am working with them. Although it is sometimes hard to be successful, you have to keep trying. Every time I do something I remind myself the things you love are always worth doing… Happy New Year everyone 2010… CHEERS!

Rock climbing Instructor Testing

2 year ago before as same time when i was start climbing i was like a young person who want to find something new for life and i found one sport that i never know before it's that rock climbing.First time i thought what going on right there why any people climb up on the rock its looked very scared but everyone still climb up to the top even some time you'll falling down with the damned screaming but the super best thing from rock climbing is being your self that mean every time when you do climb it doesn't mean you need big muscle for myself i think your brian must more important than anything it like a mind game but anyways if you wound like to be the best strong climber you should be have big muscle and very concentration.Right now two year later a lot of thing going on in my life i've been climbing and working with CMRCA i used to competition couple time in Bangkok it was so fun and i had a very great time.So i've just got sign up my contract for next three years and my goals i'd like to be the one person who is best rock climbing instructor its that my time starting.The weather today is very nice a bit foggy and windy in the morning totally is gonna be very nice day today.we got at Crazy Horse buttress seven o'clock and we ran up to start climbing at heart wall first and when we got there i feel a bit nervous even i know i can do it but this is different normally when i go climbing i just feel very relax and do my best.so this time it doesn't like you just climb but bigger thing you need to learned how to manage the time,rope and other elas.Both of us we took are meal just a bunch of banana each three liter water during climbing we talk to each other where we gonna go and spend the time one hour less but one thing happened we never thought before is during the tested we're climb like a on half way so far left i've got hurt my foots and P'Phi has got cramp we both like a so weak now! because we loosing a lot water and we ate just banana not enough nutrient we need more calcium and kind like a sport drink. we're learned a lot this time,so we started climbing too slowly in afternoon but we still on the time for are schedule.we keep climbing till those three last route left at Crazy Horse area and thirty minute passed five o'clock now! almost time up! and also winter season sunset very fast the end of time we still keep climbing till we done!! six thirty we have to used headlight because everything so darkness and we done done done!! today it gonna be the day i won't forget it because i've been climbing for two years and i never done like this before it took us for more than eleven hours to be success! but the time never stop to learning.This is the first challenging for me to become an instructor rock climbing.

This is my first time for me to work Corporate Team Building!! it was very incredible day for my life. I got up early morning dressing up blue polo cmrca T-Shirt get ready for the huge fun day i was so excited to work with them.I'm always super nervous i can do that or not.but this is the challenging day for challenged my self! I saw two professional leader group Josh and Justin were very awesome!! everything they did it very flow.to many thing I've got from these day is teamwork,communications,and trust but one thing i can't for get no one can't do everything successful by selves. the successfully come with " The Teamwork"

EDUCATION OF LIFE

I woke up so early get my selve ready for working. it's gonna be my great day because of I'll start working full-time since today!!!! we arrived at the Cryzy Horse Buttress about 7 o'clock morning went up to the ansity states crisis cave setting up the tyrolean accross got back down to carparking in hour an half later!!! and today im being an instroctor for chickens group again!! I'm so excited to do that!! every time and that means i will know how can i be better in next time by you do something new for your life that you never done.I was so happy every time when i worked with the ISV group they all as same my ages very easy to make a strong relationship with on the group,so thank you for the CMRCA family for helping me and make me grow up!!!!

New Beginning

It was sunshine day today, and fell a little bit to hot in my room,and i woke up a bit to late though,so i doing a lot of thing in my house i was washing my clothes by washing machine took me for long time because it like a big huge clothes but the unforgettably day is i went to talked with Josh about my contract for working we were talking a lot about my target he would like me thinking about by my self and make it happened very time when i was working student group the question i was asked them is "What kind of your experience do you want to create" but today these question is for me,so i think i gonna sign up the contract about 3 year at lease and make my gold for next 3 year since i stared so now i get ready to do it and thank you the CMRCA for let me make the target!!!!
