BOLTING SESSION!

June 18, 2010
..One of the most important things about BOLTing is the responsibility of safety that when you are drilling everything should be done the right way 99.99%. No slant hold (when you are drilling), and not too deep of a hold either. After a quick run up for bolting on my 2nd route, I got such a good “feed forward” from my Bro Francis Haden that meant so much to me, with his help I can improve my self and be better on the next time!!!

Whose bag?
I've spent a lot of time with him, almost everyday, and have learned how to bolt, clean the routes, looking for the feature line and other basic techniques. We were progressing on the route at a new area on the Crazy Horse Buttress right next to the main crag, we've been out there for four days, shuffling some bamboo, and biting red ants Ouch!!! what the HECK ants in my pants that was so painful, everywhere on my bodies, and I realized that cause i just read a book about red ants. They were trying to protected their net from human when you're stay to close, they send the army of ants down on your body, they just want you to go away that's it. But the interesting thing about the ants is that they have very good teamwork, they help each other out, we humans should be able to do it, it is so amazing when you see them working. NICE!!!

Attention Please!!

Come on BABY!

There is nothing I can tell you other than, just be PROUD of your self when you see other people climb on your route and said thank you for your hard work! It is the same as when you do something for other people and you didn't want anything back like my girl friend Jayney! She that kind of person, everything she does was so amazing , she wants help people as much as she can, that inspires me to do something like that! so proud of my LADY! keep up the hard work

Closely coaching with PRO BOLTER

We're a PROFESSIONAL
After we mop up all the routes today just want to say thank you to Francis Haden for such a nice lesson on bolting, BIG PROPS for CMRCA that gave me a chance for me to do something for other people(last not least) my lady Jayneyy for editing such a nice article for me

Cheers!

C3 Community Crank..Vol.2

May 06, 2010
..I've been thinking about a silly question lately… why do people like rock climbing?! Why is it fun? Until I got a chance to kick butt at it and then it was REALLY fun! When I first started climbing I realized that once you start, you can’t give up, you have to just keep trying over and over again. I realized that if I don’t give up and if I give it a lot of effort, I could rip it up all the way to the TOP... even though it might take a long time to get there, I want to finish STRONG!

SHIT! I'm scared of Gecko's
..When everything in this country is hot, the big protest in B-Town, some people have died due to the shooting, and some people loosing their job as well, things are super complicated. As long as I am a Thai, I will always love my country but if we still have this bad situation it will be difficult for Thailand to become a developed country, everything will get worse.. Dude! are you Thai? Let’s make it better!

..Even though the situation in B-Town seems like it’s getting worse, it does not mean everything is so bad in Thailand, "LIFE GOES ON" we were thinking about to the competition in CM-Town for so long and my dream finally came true! After 3 years, we had the C3 Community Crank Competition at CMRCA. I was so stoked and my hands got so pumped before the comp because of all the hard work we put into it. We were planning for about a week before the event, so we set up the schedule and announced to our members that we would be working, my job was to set the routes for the comp, I've been learning how to set up the problems with JStar(Jonathan Siegrist) Pro climber for a while and when he sets up routes he puts tiny foot holds because when people first start climbing, they don't know how to use their feet, and this is best way for them to learn to use their feet, It is so important!. We (NStar, Muad and My self) took about 3 days before the competition to mop up all 25 problems on the wall! I’m so excited for tomorrow man… Ryeah!!!

CMRCA crews mops up the wall a week before the comp Woohhhh!
..The results of the Community Crank Competition at CMRCA as reported by RStr: congratulation for our winning "Junior Crank Master" in each category: Sean (boy under13-10), Victor (boy under10), and only one girl Georgia (under10), and congratulation for everyone who competed from" Rising Star to "Crank Master" big props for the male and female winner "Uthit Yodkhama(Sorn) and Illona Plankensteiner, I was so happy that everyone could rip it up on our problems! My hands got so wet when they were competing. I was super nervous that they wouldn’t be able to climb it, so that was the good day for me to improve my ability to make the nice problem! Here’s some photos from the comp.
