Everyday around 8am and 6pm we hear Thai national song, from TV, School, and in public parks. This tells me something about patriotism that Thai people love their countries. And we love the King.

Last week, I watched television and a lot of things are going on near our neighborhood and around our country, it is unbelievable to hear that Thailand has so many people die every day in the past 5-6 years. Every day someone loses someone they love. It just feels sad that Thai people kill each other so much. Then In Eastern Thailand at the border near our neighbor (Cambodia), there is also a very bad situation at the moment. Thai's army are fighting with the Cambodian's army. It is sad to hear that people are being hurt because someone else is not content and is being greedy. Some people who live there are now homeless and desperate, it is such stressful situation. I'd like to encourage the Thai army to keep the peace and thank them for their sacrifice and I hope it get’s better for all the Thai people who live out there. Sua Sua! "..Click here.."

Big talk to Big

Back to the Rockstar report… After dedicated my time training 6 days a week, plus I've been busy with work, I felt progress in my climbing ability, it’s getting better and better every time, even if I haven't conquered any projects lately. I have also been running in order to stay fit. But even Rockstars need rest. I've been sick and been taking some medicine for a while now. It was really stressful. So I realized that I needed to take a rest and also some time for me to listen to my body. Jai Yen Yen

Dawn til Dusk at Crazy Horse

I always doubt that, what's the most important things for life. I've been finding and figure out for the answer. So I personally opinion. It's doesn't matter how much money we have it, everyone does want the same things like eat some good foods, exercising and sex. For me I think that was some of the most important people want it.= LIFE IS GOOD

Last week. I had an opportunities to made the ultimate adventure experience with all my CMRCA( core value no.4) crews and cool people from Pacific Discovery and International Students Volunteer groups. We were camping out side of town and the place base on Mae On district at Mond Kao Kwang home stay. Our first day with the Pacific Discovery peeps, we did rock climbing and repelling at Crazy Horse. After rocky day, we were still creating the experience together at the camp. We had a very nice thai food together, some thai lesson. And one of the very stunning it was Growth Mountain model. It very particular model. How we find out ourselves and what's comfort zone, learning zone or panic zone for us. This was such a great experiential education that sometimes we couldn't find it in side the class room. Then we moved outside activities around campfire and we were playing the game called " Birdie on a Perch ". Everyone was dancing around the fire. We had a very good time together. Afterward Pi Muad taught everyone how to make Kao-niao ping or grilled sticky rice as you say in English and he's master. The simple ingredient with coconut milk, sugar, butter and rice. The time went so quickly we headed off get to sleep for another long day tomorrow.

The Second day is a caving day. The dawn brekin' early we all woke up bout 6 o'clock. The students went down to buy some foods at local market and there were so many rare foods there. But CMRCA team went straight up to the crag for prepare equipments and get ready for the day. We split into two group again for check it out two differences cave. CAVE ON

Last day. After the Pacific Discovery group finished. The gang was still at the camp for another fun day with the ISV group coming tomorrow.
Big thanks for Pacific Discovery and ISV group. We glad that you guys coming to join us. Have an outstanding time in SE Asia and Thailand. And to make your day everyday better than yesterday.
