ONCE.. again for american PEEPS on ID4 day, pronounced: Independence Day = is a federal holiday in United States, commemorating the adoption of the Declaration of Independence on July 4, 1776, declaring independence from the Kingdom of Great Britain. Independence Day is commonly associated with fireworks, parades, barbecues, carnivals, fairs, picnics, concerts, baseball games, family reunions, political speeches and ceremonies, and various other public and private events celebrating the history, government, and traditions of the United States. Independence Day is the national day of the United States...have fun you guys!

Since the last comp in B-TOwn 4 months ago, I felt like I wanted more and to crank it up even harder and i'VE been training for awhile but unfortunately i haven't gone running for a while, because it seems like i lost my motivation. But it’s not bad actually and I'm still climbing harder. Last Saturday the 26th of May, we had the Rock 'n Roast community event at the "Horsy." There were bunch of people CLIMBing together, and it was really fun to get connected with new people. Some people were climbing for their 1st time and others were climbing geeks! Dude, I was not supposed to be there, because my dad was in the hospital but finally I made it, Add was stayed with him instead " DOOD are you sure?!” I asked him but he wasn't disappointed at all. I was happy to be outside and crushing the 11d, the first try was a lil rough but i did it on the second try, so WICKED!

RAMBO ST★R?!

the Best part of the day was when I got to the top pitch on the 11d "HEAD hunter", because it is the horses head! It was my third time to crank it up on the HEAD and every time I go up there, I feel super STOKED! and had such a great time but it’ a little scary because it’s a dangerous spot and the rope could break! lol

All my back are packed, ready to CRANK!. I will head down to Bangkok in a couple days for the Comp, so I am super EXCITED... Can't wait to be there and meet up with Thai friends see you guys soon!

My Lady was trying to made me jealous, but it was CUTE tho! thank you for everythin' I'm so appreciate that!. MY best wishes to you lovely. goin' to finished STRONG!
